How would I describe this show in one word?

Sample word.

Note I expected this show to be better than its predecessor but boy was I mistaken.

Review The Steins Gate franchise wasn’t something that impressed me in particular, except for its likeable characters. The whole show deals with a time-traveling mad scientist. For a fact, a movie or series dealing with extensive time traveling is guaranteed to be confusing and Steins Gate 0 proves that perfectly. Inspite of the sequel coming out 7 years after the original was released, it had an inconsistent story and felt lazily written in general. The character development was probably the most surprising and bizarre aspect of the sequel, making it laughable.

But I got to cut some slack, the first ten episodes were genuinely strong and looked promising, however it just went downhill from there and the cliffhanger in the end was the final nail in the coffin. Right now, I feel like I'm 9. being too harsh with my judgement but this is honestly what I felt. Don’t get me wrong, it's not a terrible sequel, it’s just below average considering how much better its predecessor was. I’d give this… RATING: 5.5/10
