Dude, idk. A bunch of dinosaurs yelling at each other I think. It's a mess. But it's a fun mess. Know what I mean?

How would I describe this film in one word?
*screams*.
Note
I absolutely loved Godzilla. Not this one but its 2014 prequel. This one kinda sucked. But I loved the 2014 one. It gave you exactly what you wanted to feel and experience knowing you were gonna watch a mountain-sized dinosaur causing havoc to cities - that thrill, those goosebumps, all so perfect. This movie however, ehh.
Review Godzilla 2014, I enjoyed it for its story (it wasn't there highlight of movie, it wasn't that great but it was at least simple and comprehensible - the same for which can't be said about this film). Godzilla 2014, had those epic moments that you were expecting, very similar to Kong: Skull Island (this movie was literal eye candy and I don't say though about a lot of films but seeing Kong's silhouette with the evening sun in the backdrop was a gorgeous sight to behold - the movie's lighting was brilliant). If on scale of epic moments, Godzilla 2014 scored an 8/10, Godzilla 2 scored a 6/10. Like it had its moments but they were few in number, not nearly as good as its prequel's or Kong, the CGI was far more distracting i.e. bad (maybe because a lot more were required in this one) and also, the "moments" were by far its best attribute as well. Cause the story was SUPER MESSED UP. Not just was it confusing because so many things were happening at once, but some things just didn't make sense logically. Like for a point you think one person is the antagonist and they reveal their grand plan and reasoning for their actions of releasing the monsters in hope of a better future, that made no sense at all! None! I'm not even joking. I seriously can't be the only who saw that scene and was just confused and bamboozled by its stupidity. So, in conclusion, this movie is just a huge convoluted mess.
I don't feel like there's much else to say about this except I really hoped I'd get to see Kong, at least just a cameo. It's a blockbuster, it's made to be watched with the popcorn, and it delivered on the entertainment promise, but not the promise of a logical story. Should've just gone and watched Alladin.
